TAT for BASL activities




TAT for SEBI Registration/Post Registration/Query
Category - EmailTATDescription (working days calculated as TAT)
SEBI Registration/Post Registration/Query T Day of receipt of email
Acknowledgement T+2 Acknowledgement to be sent within 2 days from the date of receipt of email
1st level observations T+10 Feedback or 1st level of observations to be shared within 10 days from the date of receipt of email
2nd level observations 5 days from date of receipt 2nd level of observation to be shared within 5 days from the date of response to the 1st level of observation sent
3rd level observations 5 days from date of receipt 3rd level of observation to be shared within 5 days from the date of response to the 2nd level of observation sent
Enter into SI Portal T+11 (if all documents are in place) BASL will apply on the SI Portal (on behalf of IA) on 11th day (incase all documents are in good order and no observation or additional documents required from applicant
Rejection of application T+30 "After mailing observations, 2 reminders will be sent for completion of application at intervals of 7 days each. If no response is received, the application will be rejected on completion of 30 days from original date of receipt ie T day, post which fresh application will be made to BASL. Extension may be given in exceptional cases.

3rd level observations 3 days from date of receipt 3rd level of observation to be shared within 3 days from the date of response to the 2nd level of observation sent
